Meet your surveyor
EMAIL -FRIDAY BEFORE
The week before your job, you meet the surveyor coming to your property - name, photo, credentials, direct mobile, and what happens on the day.

We’re on site
SMS - ON ARRIVAL
A message the moment your surveyor arrives, & another when fieldwork is finished - so you know the job is underway whether you’re home or not.

Plans drawn, checked & ready

Your survey is calculated, drafted & signed off by a senior registered surveyor. We let you know the. moment it clears review, with your invoice attached.

Drawings released

Your plans, reports & certificates are delivered with a personal note & a direct number if you’d like to talk them through. We ask how we did the next day.
